The assistant

Meet your assistant. The brain that runs your business.

01 / 03

Ask it anything.

Ask about a customer, a booking or a number you need. It already knows your documents, so it can answer straight away.

02 / 03

It shows its working.

Every answer points at where it came from, so you can check it in seconds.

03 / 03

Then it gets on with it.

Give it a job and it hands the work to the right agent, then tells you the moment it is done.

One private place to talk to. It already knows your documents, your customers and your decisions.

You talk to one chat. It runs the rest.

It is a hard drive you can talk to. It keeps everything about your business in one private place, answers your questions, looks after your customers and gets the work done, all from one chat.

Your business map

Your business, as a map you can touch.

Your assistant keeps a living map of everything it knows about your business. Every note, document, decision and idea is a point of light, joined to the ones it connects with, and arranged in rings around the centre.

Search, and everything that matches lights up. Touch or hover a point to see it and everything it connects to, and open it with a tap. It has a page of its own: open the full map.

How it works

Three plain steps.

  1. 01

    It learns your business.

You connect your email, files and calendar. It reads them and remembers, so it knows your customers, your prices and your past decisions.

  2. 02

    You ask in plain words.

Type or talk, the way you would ask a person. It answers straight away and shows where the answer came from.

  3. 03

It does the work and shows you each step.

Give it a job. It gets on with it, tells you when it is done, and keeps a record you can open and check.

Memory

A hard drive you can talk to.

Most businesses keep their memory in a drawer, an inbox and the owner’s head. When someone is off or leaves, it falls apart. Your assistant reads your documents, emails, notes, photos and meetings and remembers all of it, so anyone you allow can ask “what did we agree with that supplier in March?” and get a real answer.

  • A memory for your business. Documents, emails, notes and meetings, in one private place.
  • A hard drive you can talk to. Ask in plain words. Get the answer, and where it came from.
  • Your business, with a voice. It answers in your words, because it knows how you work.
  • It never starts from scratch. It already knows your prices, your customers and your past decisions.
  • Speed. The small details straight away, not buried in someone’s inbox.

The brain

It thinks with the world's best AI.

Your assistant runs on the world’s leading AI models, and always picks the right one for the job, so it can think, write and answer on anything, not only what is in your files. Your own files are what make it yours: your prices, your customers, your way of working.

Nothing in your files yet? It still knows what the world’s best AI knows, and it can look things up on the web for you, showing exactly where each fact came from.

Answers with sources

Every answer shows where it came from.

Every answer points at the real document it came from. Tap it and the exact paragraph opens, so you can check it rather than take it on trust. If it does not know, it says so instead of guessing.

Speed

Quick answers now. Big jobs in the background.

Ordinary questions get an answer straight away. Bigger jobs, like going through a year of invoices, run in the background, and it tells you when they are done. You are never stuck waiting for it to finish before it will talk to you.

Front desk and bookings

Your front desk, day and night.

It answers your customers on your own WhatsApp number, books them in, and knows when to hand over to a real person. It notices who is late paying and sends a polite reminder. It never chases anyone who has paid, because it trusts real proof of payment, never a message that says “I’ve paid”.

The Desk

See everything it is doing.

A calm screen that shows what it is working on now, what it handled today and, when you want it, the story of how it got there, in plain words. Nothing happens out of sight.

Crews

Teams for the jobs you repeat.

When it has seen a job done the same way enough times, and got it right, it offers to turn it into a small automated team. You switch it on with one tap. It never switches itself on.

Checks the work

A second look, before anything goes out.

Before anything goes out, your assistant gives it a second look: the prices, the dates, the spelling, the tone. It also keeps an eye on how the business runs as a whole, and points out where time or money is quietly leaking.

Make anything

From a first idea to something real.

Give it a first idea and your assistant builds something real from it: a name and a logo direction, a brand, a website, an app, adverts and the whole ad flow, posters, even an explainer video. It comes back finished, for you to approve.

Books and presentations

It drafts. You approve.

Ask for a workbook, a book, a workshop plan or a presentation, and your assistant drafts it in your own style. A Spanish teacher who gives private lessons, for example, can ask for a workbook for her students: it drafts the chapters, the exercises and the answer pages, and lays the whole thing out, ready for her to approve.

Media and marketing

Order your marketing like at a counter.

Ask for a video, a poster, a set of social posts or a logo idea, made from your own photos and brand. It comes back finished, for you to approve. Your photos are only used when you say so.

Privacy

Your own private server.

Everything it holds for your business lives on your own private server, never mixed with anyone else’s. It follows UK and EU data rules by design, and you can see where your data is kept.

Every size

A market stall or seventy branches.

The same assistant is built to run a market stall and a business with seventy branches. What changes is which parts are switched on for you, never the product underneath.

For your IT teamThe technical layer.
Memory and search
One Postgres database per business, never shared. Rows, documents (JSONB), vector search (pgvector, HNSW) and full-text search (BM25) live in one place and are fused in one query. The permission filter runs inside that same query, backed by row-level security.
Answers with sources
Answers are written only from the permission-filtered passages the search returns. The same source list backs the on-screen trace of how it got there.
Two lanes
A fast chat lane and a background job lane with its own tray, each behind one router, so models can be swapped. Simple steps move to small models only after passing a quality test against bigger ones.
Front desk and payments
Runs on the business’s own WhatsApp Business number through the official API. The agent customers talk to holds no tools that can change money. Payment state comes only from a payment or bank feed, a matched reference or the owner’s own tap, never from chat text.
The Desk and Crews
The Desk is a view over records the system already keeps: the job queue, a receipts log, a decision record and the credits ledger, limited to what each person may see. A crew is proposed only once a fixed readiness bar is met for that business, runs as one workflow of named roles with their own permissions, and never deploys itself.
Privacy and data
One container and one database per business. One rule in code decides what data may go where, and a customer’s personal details stay behind it. UK and EU hosting by default; where the data lives is a setting the owner can see.
One core for every size
One core image, one version line and one set of nightly tests for every size of business. Size changes which packs and connectors are on, never the code.
Apps
One app with the business’s own name and icon, built once and working the same way on phone, tablet and computer.
The brain
Several AI models sit behind one router, and the one best suited to the job is chosen automatically, the same router that already picks between the fast and background lanes. Nothing is fixed to a single model.
The map
A visual layer over the same permissioned index that powers memory and search. Nothing is held twice: the map is just another way to see what is already there, filtered to what the signed-in person may see.
Checks the work
Runs the same grounded, source-checked answers over anything about to go out, and looks for patterns across the job queue and receipts log that point at time or money slipping through, the same records The Desk already keeps.
Make anything, books and presentations
Uses the same swappable generation router as the media and marketing studio, so no single outside provider is fixed in place. Drafts are built from the business’s own brand and files where they exist, and nothing is sent or published without approval.
