The job, already booked.
Every call, message and chat that turns into a job goes straight into your diary. Nothing gets copied across by hand.

Booked, and the customer has a confirmation
The problem
Every booking, copied across by hand.
- 01
A job gets agreed on the phone, then written down, then typed in later, if it isn't forgotten first.
- 02
Two people take bookings different ways, and a slot occasionally ends up double booked.
- 03
Nobody remembers to check the customer actually got a confirmation of the time.
- 04
By the time it's in the diary properly, you've half forgotten what was agreed.
What usually happens
- Bookings pass through a notebook, a spreadsheet or somebody's memory before they reach the diary.
- Whoever's free enters them, in whatever order they get around to it that day.
- A missed step means a customer, or you, turn up to a slot that never made it in.
- Confirming with the customer is a separate job that often just doesn't happen at all.
How we do it
- A booking made by phone, WhatsApp, text, email or website chat goes straight into your diary.
- Nothing is copied across by hand, so nothing gets lost or entered twice.
- The customer's told what's booked and when, without you having to send it yourself.
- You're told the same, so the diary and your own head always match.
How it works
The plan
- 01Show us your diary
Which calendar you use now, and what a booking needs to include.
- 02We connect and test it
You watch a booking land in real time, before a real customer makes one.
- 03It books, you're told
Every job lands in the diary, and you get the details straight away.
Always watching
It checks itself
Every booking is checked against your diary as it's made, so a clash gets caught early, not on the day. The diary and the booking are always looked at together, never one on trust.
- Clashes with what's already booked, caught before they're ever confirmedChecked
- A booking made against an out-of-date diary, flagged rather than trusted blindlyChecked
- Confirmations that didn't reach the customer, so nobody's left assuming they're booked when they're notChecked
What you get
What's included
- Bookings from every channel written straight into the calendar you already use
- A confirmation sent to the customer, without you doing it yourself
- A message to you with who's booked, for what, and when
- Clash checking against what's already in the diary
- Works with the calendar you already have, nothing new to learn
- Cover day and night, so a booking can land whenever it's made
- A deposit requested through a payment link, where you want one taken
- A monthly look at how many bookings are landing, and from where
For your IT teamThe technical side, for whoever looks after your systems.
- Connects to the calendar you already use, Google Calendar and Outlook among others, through their own APIs.
- Bookings are written only by the assistant's own defined tool, never freehand, so the entry always matches what was agreed.
- Clash checking runs against the live calendar at the moment of booking, not a cached copy.
- Confirmation messages go out on the same channel the customer used to book.
- Every booking is logged with what was agreed and when, kept to a retention period you set.
- A deposit, where one is taken, is only ever recorded from a real payment feed or your own confirmation, never from what a customer says in conversation.
Questions.
Which calendars does it work with?
Google Calendar and Outlook, alongside most others, so you keep using the diary you already have.
Can it double-book me?
No. It checks the live diary before confirming, so a clash gets caught rather than agreed to.
Does the customer get a confirmation?
Yes, straight away, on whichever channel they booked through.
Does it take payment when it books?
It can send a payment link for a deposit, but a booking is only ever marked paid from real proof of payment, never from what's said in conversation.
What if a customer needs to reschedule?
They ask through whichever channel they used, and the change is checked against the diary and updated the same way.
How much does it cost?
It's often included as part of your AI receptionist, rather than priced on its own.
