From job done to invoice paid, without you chasing it.

A system that keeps the paperwork moving.

We build the system behind your admin: invoices raised from what's already there and sent the day a job finishes, late ones chased on a set schedule, and payments matched to the bank without anyone typing it twice.

One line in, and your board pack builds itself from the same numbers, with the agenda sent ahead of the meeting and the minutes written from it afterwards.

Everything included.

Every part of the paperwork it keeps moving, in one place.

What changes

Before. After.

Before: You find out about late money in March, from your accountant.

After: You see it the week it happens, already being chased.

Before: A day goes into building the pack every month.

After: It takes one line and a few minutes to check it.

Before: Receipts live in a shoebox.

After: They're filed the day they're spent, and the books tick over on their own.

It knows when to pass it to you.

Some things need a decision only you can make. When they come up, it flags them straight away.

How we set it up.

For your IT teamHow it connects, where the data goes, and how it stays in your control.
Accounts connection
Connects to Xero, QuickBooks or the accounts system you already use through their own APIs, so figures are never typed twice.
Invoicing and chasing
Invoices are raised and sent automatically when a job is marked complete, and chasing schedules are set per client type, stopping the moment an invoice is paid.
Payment matching
Bank feeds are matched to invoices automatically, with anything unmatched flagged for a person to check.
Report building
Pack layouts are templated once and rebuilt automatically each cycle from live figures, not copied from last month's slides.
Agendas, minutes and actions
Agendas are sent from your meeting schedule, minutes are drafted from the meeting itself, and actions are logged against an owner and chased until done.
Data and security
Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in UK or EU regions wherever the provider allows, with retention periods and access you set.

Who it suits.

Anyone who sends invoices, chases late payers, or spends a day a month building a report by hand. It's most useful for professional firms and larger companies.

Questions.

Does it replace my accountant?

No. It keeps the books tidy through the month, and gets the return ready for your accountant to sign off.

Which software does it work with?

The accounting, booking and CRM software you already use, so nothing needs replacing to get started.

How does it chase late payments?

On a set schedule, politely worded, and it stops the moment the invoice is paid.

Do I have to build the slides myself?

No. One line in, and the pack comes out built from your own numbers.

Can it send the agenda and minutes too?

Yes, and it chases the actions afterwards until they're done.

Is my data safe?

Anything with personal or financial detail stays on your own machine, never pooled with anyone else's.

What if an invoice or a figure is wrong?

You correct it once, and the correction is what the system uses from then on.

A few minutes is all it takes. We'll show you what it would chase and build for you.
